AQUATIC HEALTH AND REHABILITATION

To become a premiere facility in Brevard County for the physical, social and mental rehabilitation of individuals, in order for them to lead a productive and independent lifestyle, to the maximum extent possible, without regard for their age, gender, race, religion, social status, or their ability to pay.

To provide comprehensive community based outpatient rehabilitation services as part of the treatment programs at our facility. Services will be provided as prescribed by the referring physician to children and adults with temporary and chronic disabilities, in order to enable the patient to obtain maximum therapeutic benefits.
